The 4th day of Navratri at BMB Dhoom Machale Navratri 2022 was a treat for all garba enthusiasts in Borivali & Kandivali area......
.... with people enjoying the music of Garba King Rajendra Gadhvi’s orchestra & his talented team with playback singer Chetan Rana, celebrity singer Hemangini Jhaveri & versatile singer Hetal Sodha Shah.
Anchor Prashant Rao, a celebrity himself, played the perfect role in the event.
Celebrity guest was Marathi Actress Ms Svetlana Ahire .
Dr Alpa Mehta & Dr Jinal Mehta, BMB Cultural Committee members said “There is a different charm in traditional Gujarati folk music & songs which reminds one of our native place. Rajendra Gadhviji is an expert at that & the music given by their orchestra matches perfectly. No wonder, he is called the Garba King. All of us enjoyed Sanedo song sung by Chetan Rana, Hetal Soda Shah & Hemangini Jhaveri.”
The highlight of the evening was a dance on a special song sung by Chetan Rana & Hemangini Jhaveri “BMB Dhoom Machale; Aang daan kar le.”
The doctors of BMB & the singers sang the song along with the crowd at Jasmine Banquet Hall.
The lyrics of the song & the music were composed by BMB doctors along with the music band of Rajendra Ghadvi to promote Organ Donation Awareness.
Event Coordinator Dr Nimesh Mehta spoke to the garba enthusiasts about the importance of not wasting one’s organs after death, but to give a gift of life by donating one’s organs after they are of no use to you.
He said “There is no point burning or burying your precious eyes or liver or heart after your death. Donate them after your death, and make the biggest donation of your life.”
