BMB ORGANISES MEDICAL CAMP FOR THE FIRE FIGHTERS OF BORIVALI REGIONAL COMMAND CENTER

Borivali Medical Brotherhood (BMB), one of the oldest medical associations from the suburb of Mumbai, organised a medical camp for the Fire Department officers & staff of Borivali West Fire Station.
BMB President & Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon Dr Rajesh Panchal said “During the Covid waves, there were a lot of camps conducted for blood donation or for senior citizens, but our other frontline warriors, like the police staff & fire department staff were not given due attention. They are the ones whom we always depend upon during a crisis. So, BMB put its team of doctors together for this task.”
A team of doctors & technicians examined 40 fire fighters for cardiovascular diseases, joint & orthopedic problems, dental problems, vision & for diabetes.
The team of doctors included Dr. Narendra Kumar, Dr Rajesh Panchal, Dr Ganesh Shenoy, Dr Jignesh Mehta, Dr Sanjay Wani, Dr Jasmine Wani, Dr Minal Panchal, Dr Kajal Bhanushali, Dr Sarika Katkuri, Dr Pritesh Gogri, Narendra Hospital & Divyadrashti Eye Care Centre.
BMB is one of the oldest medical association in Mumbai & is known for organising several projects for the people of the western suburbs, including Organ Donation Awareness programme, Clean Mumbai Initiative, Corona Home Isolation Care Kit (CHICK) & Home Oxygen Treatment.
